Lynn Benson Mabey

Areas of Practice

Mr. Mabey specializes in real estate commercial transactions, business and real estate litigation, including judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, title agency transactions and litigation, and uses tax planning in the selection and preparation of business organizations and estate planning; prepares PUD, condominium and homeowners’ associations covenants, conditions and restrictions.

Admitted to practice in all state courts of Utah, United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and all US Federal Courts in Utah. Past approved counsel for mortgage (trust deed foreclosures) – Federal National Mortgage Association, General National Mortgage Association. Representative clients are general business corporations and companies, real estate subdividers and developers, title agencies and homeowners’ associations.
