We formed Mabey & Coombs, LC, in early 2000 as a two-man firm engaged primarily in business transactions and business litigation.  

Michael Coombs practices securities and business litigation and also engages in securities
transactions.  He has lectured at the Gore Business School at Westminster College on securities law.

Mr. Mabey practices all aspects of real estate, including real estate transactions and litigation.  He also engages in estate planning, tax law and general litigation.
